  • Responsibilities : Job Description:The Reception & Accounts Executive plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk while managing client interactions and handling financial transactions. This position combines customer service excellence, cash handling, and administrative support, with the added responsibility of supervising daily operations on the service floor to enhance the overall client experience.Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relations:
  • Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with appointment scheduling.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide detailed information about services, packages, and promotions to clients.
  • Accounts & Cash Handling:
  • Handle client billing, generate service receipts, and ensure accurate cash collection.
  • Maintain records of daily transactions, including sales and service payments.
  • Process payments through various channels, including cash, cards, and digital platforms like Bkash and Nagad.
  • Prepare and update VAT entries, ensuring compliance with accounts depertment.
  • Operational Floor Supervision:
  • Oversee the smooth operation of the service floor to ensure all client services are delivered efficiently.
  • Coordinate with Service Providers (S/P) to manage client flow, minimize wait times, and enhance service quality.
  • Ensure that the service area, tools, and equipment are clean, organized, and ready for client appointments.
  • Monitor service standards, ensuring that all S/Ps are adhering to company protocols and maintaining a high level of client care.
  • Address any client concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Supervision of Service Providers:
  • Provide guidance and support to Service Providers, ensuring they are fully prepared for their scheduled appointments.
  • Ensure S/Ps are following dress code, hygiene standards, and using proper protective gear (masks, aprons, etc.).
  • Monitor S/Ps' service timings, productivity, and adherence to schedules.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with S/Ps to address any challenges, improve performance, and boost morale.
  • Assist in training new staff on best practices, client engagement, and service protocols.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Maintain client records, update membership forms, and handle discount cards.
  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly necessary reports.
  • Coordinate with management for inventory and supply requisitions.
  • Monitor office supplies and ensure smooth front office operations.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Support the team in meeting monthly sales targets and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
