Responsibilities |

Conduct end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboardin.Maintain up-to-date employee files and ensure accurate HR documentation.Enforce company HR policies and monitor their implementation in office.Track attendance, leave records, and maintain disciplinary procedures.Handle employee grievances and foster a positive work culture.Coordinate payroll information with the accounts department.Ensure all HR practices comply with Bangladesh Labor Law.Assist management with strategic HR planning and organizational improvements.Manage office administration, facilities, and vendor coordination.To implement the company policies/ procedures and execute any other HR related task assigned by line manager. |
