Responsibilities Kashmiri Beauty by Jiniath is looking for a responsible, confident, and customer-friendly Call Center Executive to join our team.Work Location: New Apollo gate , Dhali kacha bazar , Norda.Working Hours: 10am-8pm Job Responsibilities: • Answer customer calls professionally and politely
• Confirm orders and collect accurate delivery information
• Provide product and offer-related information
• Follow up with customers when necessary
• Maintain daily call and order records
• Handle customer complaints with patience
Other Facilities Salary: Basic 14000-18000 + Sales commission.
