Job Responsibilities:ERP System Maintenance & Development: Maintain, debug, and upgrade the organization’s in-house ERP-based Office Management System to improve performance and functionality.Feature Enhancement: Design and develop new modules, features, or tools in response to internal departmental requirements and evolving organizational needs.IT Helpdesk Support: Provide first-level support for software, hardware, and network-related issues faced by employees across departments.System Monitoring: Monitor software performance and security; ensure system uptime and availability for daily operations.Collaboration with Vendors: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for system upgrades, software integration, or hardware procurement.Data & Security Management: Implement and maintain data security measures, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.Documentation: Create and maintain user manuals, technical documentation, and troubleshooting guides to support internal processes.User Training: Offer basic training and guidance to non-technical staff on system usage and best practices.Infrastructure Oversight: Support routine IT infrastructure tasks such as network configuration, computer maintenance, and peripheral device troubleshooting.Job Context:As a Software Developer / Software Engineer, you will be an integral part of a dynamic organization involved in high-technology maritime solutions and integrated marine services.
