Job Context:Sr. Executive / A. Manager Sales is responsible for achieving of all Sales Targets through a standard sales process system and deliver the product knowledge through training. He should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth operation and effective collaboration.Job Responsibilities:
To achieve the sales target as per Monthly Business Plan (MBP).
Monitoring marketing activities and follow up all the sales and promotional activities.
Ensure strong presence, visibility & dominance of company products.
Maintain daily activities report & Submitted team leader.
Monitor & guide the training and development activities for sales and marketing team to achieve the sales target.
Monitor for the effective use of CRM and activities of call center including the effective Leads generation.
Monitor the KRA and KPI of sales & marketing team and review the performance for annual evaluation of sales and marketing team.
Any other task assigned time to time from management.
