    Responsibilities : Job Summary: We are seeking a highly self-motivated and skilled SEO & Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SEO, paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads), social media strategy, and data-driven marketing techniques. If you're passionate about driving digital growth and have a strong portfolio of results, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:SEO & Content Optimization 
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities for content and ranking improvement.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices to boost website visibility and search rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
  • Digital Advertising & Paid Campaigns
  • Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Optimize ad performance based on KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS) and generate regular performance reports.
  • Manage and monitor AdSense accounts and Meta Ad Manager for campaign security and effectiveness.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversions) and continuously optimize campaigns.Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and persuasive ad materials.
  • Develop campaign funnels for different customer segments (cold, warm, and hot audiences).
  • Implement remarketing, custom audiences, and lookalike audience strategies for improved ROI.
  • Track and analyze user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, UTM codes, and Tag Manager.
  • Social Media Marketing (SMM)
  • Develop and execute compelling social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Schedule daily posts with creative and targeted captions, tailored especially for the real estate audience.
  • Collaborate with the graphics and video team to create engaging visuals and motion content.
  • Content & Email Marketing
  • Create SEO-friendly content for blogs, websites, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Collaborate on scriptwriting for video content and ensure it aligns with digital strategies.
  • Execute email marketing initiatives targeting lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Analyze digital campaign data and website traffic to identify insights and performance improvements.
  • Use analytics platforms like Google Analytics and social media insights to adjust strategies.Prepare and present performance reports and marketing dashboards
