The applicants should have experience Air ticketing, Reservation.
Excellent knowledge on Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre.
Must have knowledge about issue, reissue and refund.
Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic, international, online booking, group booking).
Ability to present and communicate with clients effectively.
Good Communication skills (both oral and written).
A friendly and approachable manner.
Should be able to work under pressure.
Should be positive to extra working hour.
Deal with Visa related inquiries from clients.
Making invoices & maintain ticketing and visa-related accounts.
Any other related jobs as may be required by the management.
