Complete awareness of the industry scenario and norms in the Pharmaceutical Indenting and trading sector.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, GMP, & quality control procedures for specific APIs, excipients and packaging materials.
Proven experience in supplier management, contract negotiation, and supply chain optimization.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Detailed understanding of shipment procedure to help the commercial team of Pharma customers.
Ability to work as part of a team and grow together.

Excel, Word & PowerPoint for maintaining & preparing day-to-day documentations and report.

Alps & Biotech Trading is looking for Executive and / or Sr. Executive for the Materials Sourcing Department to play a critical role in securing high-quality pharmaceutical raw materials at competitive prices.This position requires a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory compliance, and supply chain management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.Essential Duties & ResponsibilityStrategic Sourcing
Develop & implement strategic sourcing plans for key pharmaceutical materials
Build & maintain strong relationships with key suppliers

Negotiation
Negotiate favorable contracts with suppliers and manufacturers

Reporting

Conduct regular face-to-face visits to customer for inquiry generation and build-up repertoire
Communicate with customer via other means as well.
API Registration/Source Validation at DGDA
For API Registration, occasional visit to DGDA to facilitate the API registration process.
Collecting Source Validation certificate from DGDA.
Smooth Shipment
Shipment follow-up, LC Follow-up and Shipping Document Processing, for Ensuring smooth delivery of materials from manufacturer’s site to Customer’s.
Teamwork
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain department of pharmaceutical companies.
