Minimum of 1 (one) year of working experience in Research on Climate Change related field.
Strong research skills, with experience in conducting literature reviews and data analysis.
Familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and research tools such as SPSS, NVivo, or Stata (preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Project Name: Promoting Climate Resilient Community in Bangladesh (PCRCB): Phase II Project.Job Summary: The Christian Commission for Development in Bangladesh (CCDB) is a leading non-governmental organization dedicated to fostering a just and caring society since 1973. As part of its commitment to climate resilience and sustainable development, CCDB is seeking a Research Assistant for the Promoting Climate Resilient Community in Bangladesh – Phase II. The Research Assistant will play a key role in conducting research, supporting fieldwork, assisting in data analysis, and contributing to capacity-building initiatives. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the research team to achieve project goals.Job Responsibilities:
Conduct literature reviews and contribute to the development of research concepts and methodologies.
Assist in designing and conducting field surveys, including data collection, analysis, and visualization.
Support research report writing, documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Provide research support for the Scholarship Program, ensuring evidence-based program improvements.
Assist in organizing capacity-building initiatives, including seminars, meetings, and conferences.
Support the development of training modules and contribute to networking and partnership-building efforts.
Assist in preparation, monitoring and evaluation of the work plans and activities of the project·
Provide support to Prepare monthly, biannual and annual project updates regarding the research activities related to the project·
Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor/line manager within the working boundary of Climate Change Program.
