JCF is inviting applications from eligible candidates of Bangladeshi nationals for the following post.Job Responsibilities:Project Planning and Coordination:§ Support the development of annual work plans, budgets, and implementation strategies.§ Coordinate program activities across field offices and ensure consistency with organizational goals.§ Collaborate with internal departments (Executive Secretariat, Finance & Accounts, Admin & HR, Monitoring Evaluation & Research and Audit Risk Management & Compliance) to ensure program alignment and support.Monitoring and Evaluation:§ Work with the M&E team to track program indicators and outcomes.§ Conduct periodic field visits to assess program implementation and quality.§ Contribute to the development and analysis of progress reports, evaluations and impact assessments.§ Monitor project progress against timelines and deliverables.§ Support the development and implementation of M&E tools.§ Identify and report project risk and issues, proposing timely solution.Reporting and Documentation:§ Prepare high-quality reports for donors, partners, and internal stakeholders.§ Document best practices, lessons learned and success stories.§ Maintain organized program records and ensure timely submission of deliverables.Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:§ Liaise with donors, government agencies, NGOs, and community partners.§ Support and participate in project coordination meetings, technical working groups and policy dialogues as needed.§ Represent the project in internal meetings and occasionally in external forums when required.Compliance and Risk Management:§ Ensure adherence to donor regulations, organizational policies and relevant laws.§ Identify risks and support mitigation strategies during implementation.Capacity Building and Support:§ Provide technical support and capacity-building guidance to field teams.§ Facilitate training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.§ Support proposal development, concept notes and other resource mobilization efforts.Others:§ Maintain humanitarian national and international standards applicable. § Follow the organization’s Child Safeguarding, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Gender and Whistle Blowing Policy.
