Essential Requirements: MBBS or Master’s degree in Project Management, Social Work, Development Studies, or related field but candidates with an MPH & Research experience will be given preference.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Knowledge, attitude, and Practice (KAP) surveys for the selected communities involved in the MAMI Project.
Experience in SRHR, MNCH, Management of malnutrition in Infants (MAMI) related experience will be an added advantage.
A valid motorcycle driving license is required.

Job Summary: Project Manager is responsible for strategic planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and evaluating MAMI Project in Parbatipur and Badarganj Upazilas under Dinajpur & Rangpur Districts. S/he will lead project staff and provide mentoring for project activities. S/he will ensure effective communication/collaboration withthe hospital, LAMB Learning and Development Centre (LLDC) and MIS-R for better implantation of the project. S/he will be responsible for creating gender-friendly office environments, educating staff on child and vulnerable adult protection policies, and ensuring staff's awareness of their obligation to report any allegation, concern, suspicion, or disclosure of abuse or neglect to the appropriate authorities in line with organizational policy. Additionally, will provide leadership and support in developing and implementing accurate data collection forms in a timely manner for all stakeholders. S/he will assist in the development of research proposals, budget development and data analysis and perform administrative tasks for the MAMI Project.Job Responsibilities:● Set clear project goals, oversee planning, implementation, and monitoring, and ensure effective dissemination of outcomes.● Supervise the MAMI field project staff to ensure activities are carried out effectively and align with project objectives.● Prepare timely donor reports, annual progress reports, and other necessary documentation in accordance with project and donor requirements.● Regularly review and update job descriptions of project staff to reflect evolving roles and responsibilities.● Foster collaboration with other LAMB departments especially Hospital and LLDC, donors, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.● Act as the primary communication link between LAMB’s central office and field staff, ensuring the timely exchange of information.● Collect and analyze statistical data from field operations, generating actionable insights and reporting directly to the CHDP Director.● Conduct regular field visits to support and guide staff in implementing LAMB’s policies and project activities effectively.● Periodically monitor field activities, ensuring alignment with the project implementation plan and objectives.● Review and analyze timesheets, mileage logs, and other resource-related documents, reporting discrepancies to the CHDP Director.● Maintain strong working relationships with NGOs, INGOs, and both local and national government staff.● Represent LAMB CHDP at Upazila-level government meetings and coordinate field visits for government officials to project areas.● Make project-related decisions within the scope of authority and represent the project in external meetings, workshops, and events.● Approve bills, vouchers, timesheets, and mileage sheets of the MAMI project following LAMB’s policies, procedures, and budget allocations as per the Level of Authority (LOA).
