Responsibilities:
Build and maintain professional relationships with real estate developers and construction companies
Conduct both field and corporate marketing to source new design projects
Promote and present the company’s design services to potential clients
Understand client requirements and offer custom design solutions accordingly
Meet sales targets through regular client meetings and follow-ups
Conduct market analysis to stay informed about competitor activities
Assist in finalizing contracts with clients and prepare necessary documentation
