Educational Requirement :
Other Requirement : Education Requirement At least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience and Skills Requirements: 1-2 years in digital marketing agency, EdTech industry or related field, lead generation, and campaign management. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage partnerships and collaboration opportunities. • Proficiency in using various digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, etc. • Prior experience in the education technology industry is a plus.

Responsibilities :
  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing the university’s brand identity across all platforms.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and tone across all communications.
  • Create, edit, and manage engaging content for digital and print materials, including newsletters, brochures, press releases, website content, and social media.
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative units to gather content and success stories for promotional use.
  • Support the management of the university’s social media platforms, website, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor analytics and engagement metrics to optimize digital strategies.
  • Assist in promoting university events, seminars, workshops, and conferences through various communication channels.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper branding and coverage of events.
  • Help maintain relationships with media outlets and coordinate press coverage for major university announcements and events.
  • Support the preparation of media briefs, press kits, and official statements.
  • Contribute to the development of internal communication strategies to keep students, faculty, and staff informed and engaged.
  • Draft and distribute internal announcements and circulars as needed.
  • Work with designers or independently create basic visual content for campaigns and posts, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Assist in producing marketing collateral such as posters, banners, and digital ads.
  • Conduct basic market research to understand audience perception and improve communication strategies.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from campaigns to assess effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain documentation, communication archives, and brand asset libraries.
  • Coordinate with vendors, printers, and media agencies as required.
