Develop and execute sales strategies to promote supplements to doctors and healthcare providersBuild and manage a network of doctors and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive product prescriptionsEstablish relationships with super shop chains (e.g., Shwapno, Agora, Meena Bazar) to place and promote productsCollaborate with pharmacies and healthcare companies for B2B sales and channel distributionLead product training, promotional activities, and sampling programs for medical professionalsDesign and implement marketing campaigns targeting both prescribers and end consumersEnsure compliance with DGDA and regulatory guidelines on supplements and labelingMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine strategyDevelop KPIs and reporting systems to measure channel performance and sales growthCoordinate with internal teams on branding, pricing, and logistics to ensure product readiness |
