Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Brand Management
Other Requirement
:
At least 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing or social media management, preferably in e-commerce, trading, or startups.
Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and experience with analytical tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
Skilled in content creation and graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software).
Demonstrable track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and proactive work ethic.

Responsibilities
:
Branding:
Conceptualize new initiatives for branding and top of mind recall amongst potential customers and leverage on Brand.
Measure the impact of every campaign and of various media on brand equity and subsequently the impact on sales.
Digital Marketing:
Make an overview of the digital marketing activities undertaken and advice on best international standards.
Set a standard which the company would follow digitally which would include websites, emails, social media, digital ads/banners and the areas covered would be: - Logo usage & identity guidelines ,Colors and combinations on photos/pictures, Fonts/Typeface Imagery, Content, Presentations & Others.
Traditional Marketing : Develop and implement to bring stories to life to engage consumers across traditional and non-traditional media for Marketing.
External Communication:
Ensure that the external communication with the press, media and others are in line with the corporate communication strategy.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness etc.
Web develop:
Maintain and regularly update the websites of the company using content and information.
Regularly add features to the websites and refresh the look and feel of the sites .
Manage the content and Search Engine Optimization of the web site on a regular basis
Email Marketing :
Collect email addresses from time to time by coordinating with concerned.
Implement auto res-ponders and auto email mechanisms for new customers & registrants and ensure that customers are contacted immediately upon addition to our database
Content Writing ;
Responsible for creating high quality writing and creative content for various social media platforms.
Develop innovative content ideas that align with our brand's messaging and marketing objectives.
Any other task assigned by Director’s/Managing Director as and when required.
