  • The applicants should have experience in Selling Skill of Seed, Pesticide & Fertilizer.
  • The candidate should be Self-motivated, energetic and hard-working personality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively. Have a valid Motorcycle driving license & smoothly ride.
  • Having a personal motorcycle will get preferences.
  • Experience : 2 to 5 years
    Responsibilities : Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh. (Specially in Natore-Rajshahi; Chattogram; Cumilla-Noakhali; Dhaka-Manikganj; Gazipur-Narsingdi, Gopalganj-Pirojpur, Kurigram-lalmonirhat, Bogura-Joypurhat)
  • To achieve Sales target & to build up the relationship with the clients.
  • Coordinate with all level sales team members of the company.
  • Smooth communication with clients, parties, customers to maintain good relationship.
  • Analysis of customer requirements, current market conditions & competitor strategic movements.
  • Ability to work as a team member and should have the capacity to work for sales with target achievement.
  • Achieve sales target by forecasting and developing monthly sales plan for area wise projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products.
  • Frequent market visits, relationship building and ensure long term profitable growth of the business.
  • Maintain & follow up all type of sales and related activities as daily and monthly basis.
  • Generate ideas to create new customers and enhance existing sales.
  • Ensure customer's queries related to products, price and product availability.
  • Provide information to the distributors and customers of the assigned market about the new or improved products of the company.
  • Implementing the sales plan in the focus of company policies, vision and mission.
  • Conducting technical meeting with farmers, Dealers, Agriculturists, Consultants & Government authorities.
