We are seeking a dynamic and organized professional to join our team as an intern. This role is ideal for someone who can balance creativity with operational efficiency. You will be responsible for developing content, managing the supply chain and commercial activities, and ensuring smooth and professional communication with clients via phone calls and customer visits.Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure increasing Sales & Marketing.
  • Ensure the maximum return from turnover by controlling staffing and product costs and ensuring all financial targets are achieved.
  • Spearhead the development and launch of new brands to expand the business portfolio, drive market growth, and cater to evolving customer needs.
  • Drive initiatives to achieve top line revenue growth and optimize bottom line profitability through strategic planning, operational efficiency, and cost management.
  • Address customer complaints swiftly, ensuring effective service recovery and continuous enhancement of customer satisfaction.
  • Work within the expenditure budgets set for the operation and to strive to meet and exceed income targets.
  • Oversee the completion of staff rotates, ensuring all areas are sufficiently staffed, and distributing in a timely manner.
  • Lead, motivate & develop capacity of team members to achieve business objectives.
