At least 4-5 year(s)of prior experience as Sales Manager, or;
At least5 years of experience in managerial role in any other FMCG

Implement Business Plan in line with Distribution Agreement to Drive Growth
Recruit right field force, develop them and manage turnover
Drive motivation & right discipline of staff / employees involved in business
Manage field force to ensure maximum output with efficiency & effectiveness.
Ensure effective and efficient stock lifting regularly maintaining right SCR and arrange for the proof of account transfer
Integrate and coordinate point operation with Sales Force
Co-ordinate with Business manager for business progress, priority and development
Co-ordinate with Business manager to boost up sales and ensure growth
Co-ordinate with computer operator, logistics supervisor and go-down keeper for smooth functioning of the operation
Confirm all reports and correspondence as needed.
Any other task assigned by the higher authority.
