Responsibilities
:
We are seeking a person who can actively manage the strategy and day-to-day operations of the Six Seasons Hotel sales team. include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.
Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies. Research prospects and generate leads. Contact potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
Oversee room sales for the hotel, ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue generation. Lead the daily operations of the hotel's restaurant, focusing on exceptional service, menu development, and customer satisfaction.·
Plan and execute events and functions, ensuring seamless operations from setup to service, meeting high standards of quality and guest experience. ·
Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to attract clients for room bookings, dining experiences, and banquet events.
Manage and mentor a team of staff members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages development and excellence in service.
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, addressing their needs and preferences to enhance their overall experience.
Monitor budgets, forecast sales, and analyze market trends to maximize profitability. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
Managing the sales process through specific software programs. Building and maintaining a CRM database. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Participating in sales team meetings.
