Responsibilities
:
Having good knowledge of ERP (1st priority) and Other ERPs must have an understanding business process of the RMG sector.
Can setup the business processes in ERP.
Monitor system performance of ERP system and troubleshoot ERP issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights, ensuring security policies and procedures.
Leading the team and developing the new requirements of the processes and businesses.
Provide technical support of ERP and assistance to end users, resolving ERP issues.
Plan and implement ICT projects, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Install, configure and maintain software components of ICT infrastructure, including Linux servers and peripherals.
Training of the people and users for the ERP.
