Job Context:We are looking for an Assistant Store Officer with hands-on experience in store and inventory management, specifically within spinning or textile mills. The ideal candidate should be familiar with ERP software used in store operations and confident with daily computer usage.Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage spare parts inventory for the store department.
Receive and issue general items and accessories using ERP software.
Ensure timely and accurate requisition, issuance, and delivery of materials.
Check and maintain proper documentation: MRR, Delivery Challan, and Gate Passes.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and update records in the ERP system.
Ensure 100% stock accuracy at all times.
Carry out any other tasks assigned by management.
