Applicant should be Islamic minded
Minimum 5-10 years of teaching experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or administrative role (Head Teacher, Vice Principal, etc.)
Strong command of English (written and spoken)
Ability to lead and mentor a diverse team of teachers and staff
Experience in curriculum development (preferably British/International)
Familiarity with educational assessments, reporting, and school inspections
Strong understanding of Islamic values and how to incorporate them into the school
culture
Ability to guide staff and students in maintaining an Islamic environment
Experience in or openness to organizing Islamic events, Quran classes, or values-based programs
Excellent interpersonal skills with students, staff, and parents
Strong decision-making and conflict resolution ability
Experience building partnerships with parents, the community, and shareholders.
Experience in operational skills such as Financial acumen to manage budgets, school resources, and fee structures; ability to plan long-term growth and handle enrollment targets.
Excellent/Comfortable with digital tools for school management systems and reporting
