Responsibilities
:
Inventory Management:
Monitor regional stock levels and maintain optimal inventory.
Coordinate with vendors to resolve shortages, overstock, or logistical delays.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and guide Area Operations Coordinators (AOC) and Field Engagement Coordinators (FEC).
Ensure field teams meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Sales Target Execution:
Analyze sales reports, identify gaps, and implement region-specific strategies.
Track key performance indicators and share insights with senior management.
Vendor & Customer Coordination:
Resolve vendor issues related to product listing, delivery, and platform navigation.
Support the customer service team in resolving escalated complaints.
Market Intelligence:
Research customer preferences and regional market trends.
Share data-driven suggestions to improve platform efficiency.
