Manage data entry as part of bookkeeping
Operate QuickBooks, Google Sheets, and Zoho applications
Prepare and analyze financial and payroll reports
Organize client records
Assist in creating tools (worksheets, job aids, training material) to aid in future work and processes
Monitor and manage client email communication
Perform tests and proof of concepts of Quickbooks online features and app integration
Write reports and assist with company documentationIdeal Mindset
