Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls or receive inbound calls to/from international customers (mainly USA/Canada/UK).Handle customer queries and provide accurate information in English.Maintain professional communication and customer service standards.Record call details and update the CRM system.Meet daily/weekly targets and quality benchmarks.Follow call scripts and company guidelines.Work Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)Work Days: Monday to Friday (USA/UK business hours)Job Location: 4th Floor, Plot no 34, Road 6/C, Sector 12 Uttara Model Town, Dhaka, Bangladesh 1230 |
