Human Resources Functions:
Assist in the recruitment process of the necessary staff and workers as per approval.
Drafting offer letters, appointment letters and other documents for new employees.
New employee joining formalities, updating the employee's file.
Prepare Employee Monthly Salary Sheet and another bill.
Check and Follow Up the Daily Attendance of All Employees in the Software.
Follow up the On-Time Delivery of Employee ID Cards, Business Cards, Official SIM & Email ID, etc.
Prepare the Annual Employee Performance Evaluation & Earned Leave Sheet, Bonus Sheet, etc. on Time.
Follow up with the Cook, Peon, Security and Drivers in the factory.
Prepare the All-Administrative Bills, Travel Bills and Submit to the Management for Approval.
Coordinate with All departments, Coworkers, and other Branch Offices for Smooth Business Operations.
Performs Other Tasks Assigned by the Management.
Prepare of various notices and other documents as required.
Administrative Functions:
Administer and Monitor All the Support Staff as well as ensure their Efficient utilisation.
Monitor the Cleanliness and Hygiene Issues of Office Floors Regularly.
Follow Up on the Facilities of Training, Meetings in Office Premises and Ensure All Logistics are on Time.
Oversee the entertainment of both the Local and Foreign Guests Visiting the factory.
