Responsibilities • Handle customer loan/credit collection and recovery activities.
• Conduct field visits and communicate with customers for payment collection.
• Maintain and update Excel sheets, databases, and collection records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
• Monitor and follow up on assigned cases and collection targets.
• Coordinate with team members and provide regular updates to management.
• Candidates with relevant experience, leadership skills, and team management capabilities may be considered for a Managerial position.
