Dongyi Sourcing Ltd is searching potential candidates for bellow position: Position Name: Designer – Jersey.Vacancy: 1 Job Responsibilities:Create original jersey designs that reflect current trends and brand aesthetics.Develop detailed technical sketches, patterns, and specifications for jersey production.Ensure designs are functional, durable, and comfortable for athletes.Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences.Analyze feedback and performance data to refine and improve designs.Work closely with the marketing team to ensure designs align with promotional strategies and campaigns.Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards.Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to source materials and oversee the production process.Maintain and enhance the brand’s visual identity through innovative and cohesive designs.Ensure all designs adhere to the brand’s guidelines and vision.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.Maintain detailed records of design processes, revisions, and final outcomes.Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.Make necessary adjustments based on feedback to achieve the desired final product.
