Responsibilities
|
• Design, develop and maintain the company website with responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Develop, customize and maintain the company’s e-Commerce platform.
• Implement product catalog, product details, shopping cart, checkout, customer account and order tracking features.
• Develop and maintain online sales functionalities and promotional campaigns.
• Integrate payment gateways, courier/delivery systems, inventory and other third-parties.
• Manage product uploads, pricing, offers, banners and other website content in coordination with relevant departments.
• Ensure website speed, security, uptime, mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
• Monitor website traffic, customer behavior and online sales performance using appropriate analytics tools.
• Implement SEO-friendly structures and technical improvements to increase organic traffic.
• Troubleshoot website, e-Commerce and online sales-related technical issues.
• Develop new features and functionalities based on business and customer requirements.
• Ensure proper backup, data security and protection of customer information.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Product, SCM and IT teams for digital business activities.
• Prepare regular reports on website performance, online orders, sales and key digital KPIs.
• Stay updated with the latest web development, e-Commerce, digital marketing and online sales technologies.
