Responsibilities
:
Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records including daily entries, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
Accounts Receivable & Payable: Manage client invoicing and collections and process payments to vendors and suppliers.
Payroll Management: Process payroll for internal employees and temporary recruitment staff, ensuring compliance with local tax and labor laws.
Bank Reconciliations: Ensure all bank transactions are recorded correctly and reconcile bank statements regularly.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management.
Tax Compliance: Assist in tax filings, ensure timely submission of VAT, GST, RJSC or other tax returns, and maintain compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Support in preparing the office’s annual budget and financial forecasts.
Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing the necessary documentation and explanations.
Client Account Management: Coordinate with recruitment consultants and clients regarding payment issues or discrepancies, and provide client financial data when required.
Expense Management: Monitor office expenses and ensure costs are managed efficiently·
