• Professional Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience developing different software/web applications, with a proven track record working directly with international companies or overseas clients.
• AI & Cursor IDE Fluency: 6 months to 1 year of practical, hands-on experience using Cursor IDE and prompt engineering for code generation, refactoring, and debugging instead of traditional direct manual coding.
• System Architecture & Database Design: Strong foundations in software architecture and design patterns, paired with deep practical knowledge of SQL and NoSQL data modeling and query optimization.
• Agile, Ownership & On-Site Availability: Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments with strong teamwork and communication skills; available to work full-time on-site at our Uttara Sector 13 office. |

About the RoleLooking for a Software Engineer (5+ years) with demonstrated experience delivering software for global / overseas organizations. In this on-site role, you will take ownership of architecture, database design, and delivery, combining solid engineering principles with Cursor IDE or other AI to build and ship high-performance web applications at speed.Key Responsibilities• Architecture & AI-Driven Delivery: Architect, build, and maintain scalable web applications, websites and high-performance backend systems, utilizing Cursor IDE and advanced prompt engineering for rapid code generation, refactoring, and debugging rather than relying solely on manual coding.
• Database & Quality Standards: Model and optimize relational and non-relational database schemas for high performance and integrity, while leading rigorous code reviews and enforcing robust engineering standards.
• Agile Planning & Execution: Partner with PMs, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical execution plans, managing sprint deliverables via Jira/Trello while strategically balancing new features with technical debt. |
