• Minimum H.S.C or equivalent in any discipline. (Educational qualifications may be relaxed based on overseas education and actual practical work experience).

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Packaging Industry

• Age At least 35 years
• Candidate must have professional training in the similar field.
• Candidate must speak in Chinese & English to communicate with Effective communication,  Collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the customers and higher management Independently.
• Minimum 10 years of strong technical knowledge and work experience in a similar position in Reputed company.
• Candidate must have vast knowledge to operate and maintain the Advance Chinese industrial  Machineries.

• Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex issues related to handbag, leather goods, SLG and accessories manufacturing processes;
• Develop, review and optimize handbag patterns, CAD patterns, modules, technical specifications and construction methods to ensure accurate and production-ready designs;
• Lead and support PE process engineering, including production methods, workflow, assembly procedures and process standardization for efficient manufacturing;
• Provide technical support throughout new product development, from initial sample, pattern and prototype development through pilot production and mass production;
• Analyze manufacturing processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity, reduce material wastage, production time, defects and overall manufacturing costs;
• Identify and resolve pattern, construction, workmanship, quality and production-related problems while ensuring products meet customer and export-quality requirements;
• Provide hands-on technical guidance, coaching and training to pattern makers, PE engineers, technicians, supervisors and production personnel;
• Work closely with Design, Pattern, Sample, PE, Production, Quality Control, Merchandising and Chinese technical teams to ensure smooth technical execution and production
• Lead and train the local technical and maintenance team, transferring technical knowledge and improving their independent equipment repair and troubleshooting capabilities.
