The territory-level officer performs sales, collection, and promotional activities according to company-prescribed policies and procedures. Job Responsibilities• Achieve territory-wise sales targets for vegetable seeds and ensure sustainable business growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and farmers. Implement sales and marketing strategies to increase sales volume and expand market share.
• Organize and conduct field days, farmer meetings, field demonstrations, and promotional campaigns in collaboration with the product management team to demonstrate product performance and generate demand.
• Arrange variety demonstrations and monitor crop performance in farmers’ fields.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer network in the assigned territory.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, product performance, and customer feedback.
• Ensure proper product positioning, availability, and visibility of vegetable seed products in the market.
• Provide technical support to farmers on vegetable seed selection, cultivation practices, and crop management.
• Monitor dealer sales, outstanding payments, and stock movement to ensure smooth business operations.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, field visit reports, market updates, and sales forecasts to the supervisor.
