LYT Global is A Sister Concern Of Projukti TeamAbout LYT GlobalLYT Global is a UK-based multi-tenant SaaS platform providing HR, accounts and compliance management solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. The platform includes a web application, backend API, Super Admin portal, employer portal and staff mobile application.We are hiring a skilled Full-Stack Software Developer from Bangladesh to maintain the existing platform, resolve technical issues and develop new features.Location: Bangladesh – RemoteKey responsibilities• Maintain and improve the LYT Manager web and mobile applications.
• Develop new HR, accounts and compliance features.
• Maintain the Node.js/Express backend and REST APIs.
• Manage PostgreSQL databases, Prisma schemas and migrations.
• Diagnose and resolve bugs without affecting existing customer data.
• Maintain Super Admin, employer, HR, accounts and staff portals.
• Manage Stripe subscriptions, payment webhooks and access controls.
• Maintain secure document storage using Supabase.
• Ensure strict separation of information between different subscribed businesses.
• Protect confidential employee, payroll, immigration and financial data.
• Improve platform security, speed, usability and reliability.
• Produce Android application builds and support future iOS deployment.
• Maintain backups, technical documentation and deployment records.
• Provide timely support for urgent production issues.
• Candidate requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related subject is preferred.
• At least two years’ professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong practical experience with React, React Native, Node.js and PostgreSQL.
• Previous experience maintaining an existing SaaS platform.
• Good understanding of multi-tenant architecture and application security.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote-working equipment.
• Ability to coordinate regularly with the UK management team.
