• Good knowledge of carton manufacturing processes, paper consumption, and wastage control.
• Ability to achieve production targets while maintaining quality.- Good communication and reporting skills

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure timely completion of production targets.
• Prepare production plans according to customer orders and delivery schedules.
• Monitor manpower, machinery, raw materials, and production efficiency.
• Ensure product quality and minimize material wastage and production costs.
• Coordinate with the sales, commercial, store, and delivery teams.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance when required.
• Maintain daily production reports, material consumption records, and wastage reports.
• Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and proper housekeeping.
• Manage production workers and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Take necessary steps to resolve production-related problems and meet delivery deadlines.
