• B.Sc./ M.Sc. in Textile Engineering / Textile Technology from any reputed University (BUTEX / AUST / BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology or any other recognized institution will get preference).
• Diploma in Textile Engineering with extensive experience in Knitting Marketing & Production will also be considered.
• Candidates with B.Sc./ M.Sc. in any discipline having exceptionally strong experience and proven track record of running 40+ Knitting Machines independently will also be eligible to apply.

Location: Taiyabpur, Zirabo, Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka.No. of Machines: 40 Knitting MachinesJob Responsibilities:• Marketing & Business Development: • Take full responsibility for marketing of 40 Knitting Machines and ensure 100% capacity utilization.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, buying houses, and garment factories for sub-contract orders.
• Collect orders, negotiate prices, and ensure maximum profitability.
• Explore new markets and buyers to sustain continuous production.

• Production & Operation Management:• Take overall responsibility for knitting production planning, programming, and execution.
• Ensure on-time grey delivery as per buyer requirements.
• Monitor daily production, machine efficiency, and minimize machine downtime.
• Ensure proper yarn allocation, yarn inventory control, and optimum yarn consumption.

• Quality & Technical Management: • Ensure quality of grey fabric as per buyer quality standard.
• Supervise knitting program, GSM, dia, and shrinkage control.
• Take immediate corrective action for any quality complaints.

• Team Leadership & Administration:• Lead and supervise the entire knitting team.
• Maintain overall factory discipline, compliance, and safety.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and submit to the management.
