• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skill.
• Experience in working cross-functionally with marketing, sales and other teams.
• FMCG experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Advance Excel.

• Align with sales leadership to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual BEP sales and P&L and track actual performance vs targets to identify gaps, risks and opportunities.
• Support S&OP process with updated volume/value projections and monitor trade promotions, distributor margins, discounts and ensure adherence to company policy.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of trade schemes and promotional investments.
• Ensure proper accruals and provisioning for trade spends.
• Evaluate pricing proposals, customer deals and channel program to ensure profitable growth monitor contribution margin by SKU, region, channel and distributor.
• Provide recommendations to optimise product mix and channel profitability.
• Design and validate sales incentives scheme aligned with strategic priorities.
• Track sales team KPIs and provide analytical insights.
• Prepare dashboards and present insights to senior management.
