We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced professional to lead our Sales & Marketing team as a Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager (AGM).Job Responsibilities:• Lead, motivate, and manage the Sales & Marketing team to achieve the company’s revenue targets.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and sales strategies for real estate, Apartment projects.
• Identify new market opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into successful sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, landowners, and corporate partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Oversee brand management, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing activities.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, budget plans, and performance reports for the management.
