• Strong communication and-counselling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Study abroad experience will be an added advantage

• Provide counselling to students and guardians on study destinations (Canada, New Zealand, Malaysia & Europe) 
• Manage visa applications from submission to approval independently (application preparation, documentation, interview guidance, and submission).
• Follow up regularly with ongoing student applications and maintain proper communication with students and partner institutions.
• Assist students in understanding admission procedures, financial requirements, and interview preparation.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a student visa application officer in a study abroad consultancy office, with expertise in processing applications for Canada, Malaysia, New Zealand, and Europe.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure student conversion
• Guide students in preparing SOPs/ Research Proposal, financial documents, and visa interviews.
• Assess student profiles and recommend suitable universities and programs
• Assess students` academic backgrounds, English language proficiency, financial capacity, and career objectives.
• Guide students on Genuine Student (GS) requirements for Canada and applicable student visa requirements for Malaysia, New Zealand, Canada, and Europe.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional events
