• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Insurance

Requirements & Skills:• Eligible for entry-level roles in large and modern insurance companies.
• 1 to 3 years experience in customer care or call centers is a plus.
• Active listening patiently to understanding client issues.
• Ability to resolve complaints calmly and effectively.
• Basic typing and daily software usage.
• Good command on Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Accurate logging of calls and customer records.
• Mindset to calm angry or dissatisfied customers.
• Ability to work under pressure with high call volumes.
• Keeping financial and personal data secure.
