• Good knowledge of diagnostic centre operations, customer service, and financial management.

MAS Marine invites applications from qualified, experienced, and dynamic professionals for the position of Manager – Diagnostic Centre to oversee daily operations, ensure quality patient services, and support the growth and development of the diagnostic facility.Key Responsibilities:• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Diagnostic Centre.
• Supervise administrative, reception, billing, customer service, and support staff.
• Ensure high standards of patient care, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, billing, cash management, and operational performance.
• Coordinate with doctors, consultants, laboratory personnel, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and quality standards.
• Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency, patient experience, and business growth.
• Prepare regular operational and financial reports for management.
• Marketing for Diagnostic center.
