Requirements• 1–2 years of video editing experience (freelance and project-based experience is welcome)
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
• Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, sequencing, and sound design
• Ability to work independently and follow creative instructions
• Strong attention to detail and visual quality
• Ability to manage deadlines and revisions efficiently
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work the overnight shift (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM) at our Mirpur DOHS office
• Portfolio/showreel is mandatory
Preferred Skills• Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro skills, including multicam editing, audio mixing, speed ramping, and keyframe animation
• Experience editing YouTube videos, product reviews, or technology content
• Ability to edit both long-form and short-form videos
• Familiarity with motion graphics, color correction, and audio enhancement
• Understanding of YouTube audience retention and engagement

Work is required only during the agreed project period.Your Responsibilities:• Edit engaging, professional videos for YouTube and product-focused content
• Build compelling visual storytelling through pacing, sequencing, music, and sound design
• Add transitions, basic motion graphics, and visual effects when required
• Follow creative briefs and implement revisions based on team feedback
• Maintain consistent video quality and brand standards
• Organize project files, footage, and editing assets efficiently
• Deliver assigned videos within agreed deadlines
• Keep the team updated on progress and any potential delays
• Adapt editing styles to different content formats and target audiences

Payment: The total project payment (৳20,000 - ৳30,000, negotiable based on experience and skills) will be paid in full immediately upon project completion
