• HSC or Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Shop/Showroom

Experience Requirements• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in showroom management, retail sales, or related industries.
• Experience in the Garments, Textile, or Garments Accessories industry will be highly preferred.
Additional Requirements• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of showroom operations, retail sales, and inventory management.
• Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Candidates with experience in garments, textiles, or garments accessories will receive preference.

• Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure smooth business activities.
• Manage showroom sales, customer service, and client relationships.
• Supervise and motivate showroom staff to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain product displays, stock availability, and inventory records.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
• Ensure proper product presentation and maintain showroom standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales, inventory, and management teams to ensure operational efficiency.
• Implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and overall showroom performance.
