Educational Requirement	• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Experience	• 2 to 3 years • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Interior Design
Other Requirement	• Only Male • 2–3 years of relevant work experience preferred. • Good knowledge of interior materials, finishing works, and site execution. • Responsible, proactive, and capable of working under pressure and meeting project deadlines. • Proficiency in AutoCAD and good communication skills.
Responsibilities	• Supervise residential and commercial interior projects, ensuring quality and timely completion. • Review working drawings, take site measurements, and prepare AutoCAD drawings as required. • Prepare BOQs, quotations, and project cost estimates. • Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project team members. • Monitor materials, workmanship, site progress, and project costs. • Explore new interior materials and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions.
