• Source and procure raw materials, supplies and services internationally.
• Must have experience in operate computer application Software, MS Word, MS Excel & Internet Application
• Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish agreements to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and documents.
