• Sales Target Achievement: Plan, execute, and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the designated territory.
• Market & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, expand the retail and dealer network, and increase market penetration across the assigned territory.
• Distributor & Dealer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers, ensuring timely product delivery, stock availability, and payment recovery.
• Team Leadership & Field Supervision: Lead, direct, and motivate the field sales team (Field Officers / Sales Representatives); conduct regular field visits to monitor their daily market coverage and performance.
• Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis: Gather and analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to provide actionable feedback to higher management.
• Brand Visibility & Promotion: Oversee the execution of trade promotions, merchandising, point-of-sale displays, and marketing campaigns to enhance brand presence in the territory.
• Reporting & Compliance: Submit regular sales performance reports, market visit logs, and field feedback to the Head of Sales / HR Department in a timely manner.
