Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, or equivalent design software.

1.      Conduct site visits, surveys, and measurements to collect accurate project data.2.      Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and project objectives.3.      Develop architectural design concepts, detailed working drawings, and 3D visualizations in accordance with project requirements.4.      Perform site inspections and monitor project progress to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.5.      Ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and effective coordination throughout all stages of project development.6.      Review architectural and structural drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, and other project-related documents.7.      Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.8.      Identify design discrepancies and assist in resolving technical issues arising during construction.9.      Incorporate client feedback and necessary revisions into drawings and design documents.10.  Ensure that all design and construction activities comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and project standards.
