• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Software Company

• Age 20 to 30 years
• 0 – 4 years of relevant work experience in IT, software, or related consulting roles.
• Hands-on experience in SQL, including writing queries, data analysis and reporting.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, network, databases, servers and business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Assist in planning and scoping IT audits and advisory engagements, supporting auditors in developing risk‑based audit approaches
• Analyse IT systems and infrastructure to identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and weaknesses
• Assess IT governance, risk management and compliance controls against internal frameworks, industry standards and regulatory requirements (Bangladesh Bank Guidelines,
• Perform data extraction, analysis and reporting using SQL and audit/data analytics tools (e.g., ACL, IDEA, GRC platforms)
• Assist in system analysis, documentation and technical assessments
• Support IT consulting engagements and collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver project outcomes
• Stay up to date with developments in IT, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and data protection regulations
