• 12-16 years’ experience required in relevant field
• Age 40 to 44 years preferred
• 12-16 years’ experience in electrical design and drawing, electrical work supervision
• Familiar with BNBC and other related rules and regulations
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
• In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues
• Able to work with AUTOCAD
Candidates with previous experience in real estate or reputed organizations will be given preference

Job Responsibilities• Overseeing all type of electrical installation work to ensure quality
• Experience in electrical design and drawing, electrical work supervision
• Ensure technical specification of lift, substation, generator, firefighting & mechanical ventilation equipment during purchase
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operation
• Prepare cost estimates, track project schedule and budgets.
