Key Requirements:• 0-3 years of practical experience in Commercial operations within the RMG sector.
• Candidates having EPZ factory working experience will get preference.
• Practical knowledge of import-export procedures, L/C, EXP, IMP, shipping documentation, and banking formalities.
• Experience in customs clearance, C&F coordination, freight forwarding, and shipment management.
• Strong command of MS Excel (reporting & formulas), MS Office, email communication.
• Familiarity with EPZ regulations, customs procedures, and export documentation requirements.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with buyers, suppliers, banks, C&F agents, freight forwarders, and internal departments.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla with the ability to communicate professionally with management, auditors, and buyers.
• Ability to work independently with accuracy, confidentiality, and meet deadlines.
